These are crepuscular rays which appear to radiate from a single point in the sky. These are the rays which stream through the gaps in the clouds and their name comes because of the frequent occurrences of these rays during the crepuscular hours ( around dawn and dusk), when the contrasts between light and dark are the most obvious.
The morning sun rays tunes up the nervous system and improves memory & produces health, strength, efficiency and longevity. It is said that in the morning the composition of atmospheric gases becomes in such a way that it absorbs negativity from the rays coming from sun to earth.Then this positive rays are being received by our body and generates more positivity in us.
The morning sun rays can also reduces the chances of arthritis (osteoarthritis), the main problem my mother is facing nowadays.
